Once a hard core vegetarian from the time I was 13, I've had the opportunity to discover some fabulous recipes. No longer hard core (I do eat some chicken for the protein) but most of the time my meals are vegetarian. Some nickname this month Stresstember because of all of the changes that it brings, all around us. Holidays ending, darker skies, school beginning, leaves changing colours and falling… a somewhat abrupt end to the laid back days and a theme of busyness casts its shadow.
