Cancellation & No Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and I value both your time and my own. A late cancellation or a missed appointment deprives another client from booking in for the space.

As such, I have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.
Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the full amount of their session.

Exceptions: If you find an appropriate person to take your appointment, with enough notice given to ensure they have the opportunity to complete Health Intake Forms.

​If you are unwell then your appointment may be changed to a Long Distance Reiki session for the same time you are booked. You do need to contact me to make either of these changes.

Consider your appointment with me to be similiar to a concert ticket if you can't make the concert. Pass the ticket along or absorb the cost.
