Cancellation & No Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and I have already taken the time to prepare in advance for your session through reviewing your Health Intake Form and charting notes from previous sessions, ensuring I have a supply of clean linens, oil, lotion, as well as any bolsters, pillows, etc. that may be needed for your session.
A late cancellation or a missed appointment leaves a hole in my day that could have been filled by another client. I'm also out that income, I can't rebook someone, so it leaves me short with no way to recover that. This is what I do to earn my living, including the rental costs to have the space in which to offer your sessions.
This cancellation policy is outlined on your appointment booking confirmation, appointment reminders and on the Informed Consent which you sign at the time of completing Health Intake Forms. I do check the booking app to ensure that you have received the reminders and confirmations.
As such, I require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the full amount of their session.
