Cancellation & No Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and I value both your time and my own.

My livelihood relies on the support of valued clients such as yourself, and a late cancellation or a missed appointment affects my income, and deprives another client from booking in for a session. 

As such, I have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.
Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the full amount of their session.

If you reschedule or shorten your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee will apply.

Exception: If YOU find an appropriate person (please remember my clinic focuses and specializes in treating women) to take your appointment, with enough notice given to ensure they have the opportunity to complete Health Intake Forms.

Consider your appointment with me to be similiar to a concert ticket if you can't make the concert. Pass the ticket along or absorb the cost.
