Special sessions for those who are focused on their holistic well-being and  balancing for Mind, Body and Spirit.

These sessions are a culmination of what I have learned in my continuing education for women's wellness as well as they have been popular through the many years where the majority of clients have been women. Many have experienced my intuitive and holistic approach to facilitating the physical and emotional changes that are a part of life at different stages. 

Holistic Massage & Reiki

Combining the benefits of relaxation Massage with the balancing of Reiki energy this 90minute session may include the addition crystal therapy and quiet music.
Relaxation Massage increases your connection to your physical body, Reiki to your emotional and spiritual connection to the energies that surround you. Balancing your Chakras (energy centres) is a part of the session.
Please plan to spend a few minutes after your session to ground and come back from the relaxation process slowly.

Craniosacral Therapy with Reiki

While both of these encourage the smooth flow of energy within, the combination of the two encourages you to a space of balance and harmony on all levels, body, mind and spirit. Enjoy a peaceful, safe space where you can fully relax and go within. In that space you will often find the answers to those life events from the past or going forward. Many clients find it beneficial to bring their  journal to make notes at the end of the session for later meditation time.

Indian Head Massage & Reflexology

A blend of Foot or Hand Reflexology and an Indian Head Massage that includes face, neck and shoulders. This has been a popular and pampering combination for many years to encourage balance, stress reduction and harmony within. 
Please bring a scarf or head covering that you don't mind haviing oil on.
90 minutes $175 (plus gst)
