I am so thankful that a friend recommended Teresa to me. I have had monthly massages with her since May of this year & each massage is amazing. I have had massages in the past, but nothing compares with the skill that Teresa brings to her craft. I can only describe her hands as magical in the way they find & work on every sore spot in my body that I didn't even know I had.

The Craniosacral therapy (my fave), the Reflexology for my son's rapidly growing feet, regular massage, Spinal Touch (the most gentle adjustment we've ever gotten), and just recently the Indian Head Massage (so amazing). There is a discussion before any treatment about how you're feeling and if there are parts that need extra attention or to be avoided. She is very in tune with how your body reacts.

Teresa has soothing magical hands! Most recently I went to see her for severe shoulder pain, could not raise my arm above my shoulder. She massaged around the area as touch was too painful, and slowly worked toward the area itself. When I left my shoulder was not nearly as sensitive and movement had improved greatly . Three days later I was back to dry-walling and roof cleaning. Whenever I see Teresa tor a Massage treatment she finds those muscles I don't even know are sore and coaxes them into relaxation. After a session I find that my mental well-being as well as my physical well-being has been nourished. My only regret is I don't go often enough. ~ Tammy E.

I have had many wonderful Massage sessions that have taken me from not able to move my next to full range of motion by the end of the session. Teresa's touch is like magic! My most recent experiences I had Reflexology done to help induce labour. I figured if not successful at least I would feel relaxed which I totally did... But Teresa did not disappoint... My water broke within 30 hours (was told within 48 hours labour may be achieved) and my baby was born that evening!!!! And my labour was quick! Had a massage done on my baby a couple months later as he was having really bad stomach problems and I didn't want to have to resort to meds unless necessary. He now loves massages and Teresa showed me areas to massage to help my little guy and we haven't had any stomach issues since. She really is a blessing... Kind, gentle and caring of her clients. I wouldn't go anywhere else or recommend anyone else!!!! ~Erica S.

I have been to many practitioners and Teresa's abilities stand out on top. I love everything about her - not only her skills but her beautiful energy and sweet soul. Everyone I have recommended to her has been happy they went, including my mother who is impossible to please. She is AMAZING !!! I have gone to see her after being told that my shoulder would always have limited range of motion. After four Massage sessions I now have FULL RANGE of MOTION! My husband went to see her. He was in a car accident 20 years ago. His arms would go numb and he couldn't look up.
