Chakras are subtle energy centres in the body that are a part of your vital life force. They have an impact upon our physical and mental well-being, so keeping them balanced and clear is important.

This informative gathering will share different ways to connect with and balance your Chakras using Aromatherapy, Colour Therapy, Meditative/Visualization techniques, Crystal Therapy and Affirmations. Through experiencing and playing with the different techniques during the gathering, you will find the ones that work best for your home practice and self care.

Levels 1, 2, 3 & Master Teacher Levels are shared in Chilliwack.
