Refusal of Service Policy

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment.
Your session will be discontinued in the following instances:

• You have an infectious disease or virus/illness​
• Romantic or sexual advances
• Derogatory remarks
• Intoxication
  

In the case of any of the above you will be declined treatment, charged for the appointment and refused any future appointments.

If you have an unidentified skin condition or sunburn your session may be changed to a different modality or declined until your skin has healed. You will be charged for the appointment.

Hand to Health specializes in holistic sessions for women. I do see male clients for some modalities if they have been referred by an existing client, only. When booking an appointment please add the name of who has referred you in the reasons for booking space provided. If that information is not provided your appointment will be cancelled.
