Payment Policy for Massage and Holistic Sessions
- In order to book an online appointment you are required to provide your credit card information to the secure booking app.
- Your credit card will not be charged until after your appointment, plus you can choose to pay using an alternative method such as cash or etransfer.
- If you have Alberta Blue Cross then only the amount not covered by your policy will be due after your appointment.
- Your credit card will be charged the full amount of your session if you do not show up for your appointment, or provide less than 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. Please see my Cancelation Policy
- Payment for your session is due at the time that your session is provided. If your alternative method (cash or etransfer) has not been received by the end of the business day in which you received your session, then your credit card will be charged for the session.
- Receipts are forwarded by email once payment has been received. You can also access your receipts at any time through your account on the Booking App.
Payment Policy for Classes and Workshops not included on Thinkific
- In order to confirm your space in a workshop or class a deposit (as shown in the class or workshop description) will be required.
- Payment may be made by cash, etransfer or credit card.
- If class notes are provided, once the deposit is received, the deposit is not refundable.
- The balance of the cost of the workshop or class is due as shown in the class/workshop description, plus any applicable taxes.
- If you Cancel your participation in a class/workshop with less than 48 hours notice, or do not show up for the class/workshop, the full cost of the of the workshop or class will be due.
- Receipts are forwarded by email once payment has been received. You will also be able to access your receipts at any time through your account on the Booking App.
