Yin Yoga
Release physical and mental tension and stress as you breathe into relaxation. In the rest and stillness of the pose be present to yourself ~ Body, Mind and Spirit 3 one hour Yin Yoga classes (plus an extra bonus class!) are included |
Guided Meditations & Visualizations
Mindful meditation shifts you into that peaceful space where the busyness of the day can slip away, all of your roles in life are put on hold and you have opportunity to make connection with your authentic self. 3 Guided Meditations or Creative Visualizations are included, plus extra bonus prompts! |
Journaling Prompts
There are no right or wrong answers, just opportunity to redefine what Sacred means to you and where you will allow yourself to embrace that peace within. Offered to trigger inspiring thoughts outside the box and in the realm of possibilities. 3 sections of Journaling prompts as you gradually travel this journey. |
Within this course you will also discover:
- Affirmations to reinforce positive, empowering beliefs about your amazing self.
- Creative and inspiring ideas, suggestions and prompts. (Suggestions only as you take this journey to fit your own path.)
- Skills to practice, with the goal of re-connecting with your authentic self in peaceful and empowering ways.
For Creating Sacred Space Within you will need:
- A quiet space
- A yoga mat (or towel or blanket), bolsters (or cushions or pillows), blocks (or cushions or pillows), yoga strap (or belt, housecoat tie, old yoga pants...), a blanket. Yin Yoga is highly adaptable to your comfort level! Blocks, cushions and pillows are used to bring the floor up to your body and support you in each stretch
- A chair if you are not comfortable sitting on the floor
- Journal and things to write or draw with
