When clients come in for their sessions mid-summer there is a noticeable shift in their posture and walking gait. Much of that has to do with summer sandals and the pressure placed, through the feet, to other parts of the body.

A woman’s life is naturally cyclical, from birth to death. As a business owner it is really helpful to look back at the numbers from the past year to see where things have improved and where they may need some adjusting. As a Holistic Health Practitioner, while numbers are important, I look more closely at what clients mentioned the most in what was going on for them and which therapies they said were the most helpful. Fascia alone needs a minimum of 90 to 120 seconds to begin to release during a stretch. Taking time to allow the fascia to stretch is essential to maintaining flexibility, range of motion and overall holistic well-being.
