How do Holistic Therapies Help with Burn Out?
Massage Therapy encourages you to get out of your head and present in your physical body. The most important first step is when you realize that you are burned out, or nearing that phase, and recognize that you need to make changes. That voice in your head that says you don't have time needs to be ignored for you own well-being.
