I am asked this question often. While I can answer you with the basic benefits of the different modalities that I offer, I can't say how you, as an individual, will benefit. You are unique!
It is always really interesting when a client shares the results that they have noticed over the days and weeks following their holistic sessions. Because of your uniqueness and how your body, mind an spirit respond, your results will be as individual as you are. After all of the years I have been in practice I still find this aspect one of the most fascinating parts of what I do.
As an example: You may be one of five clients with arthritis who has chosen to experience Craniosacral Therapy. While there may be some similarities to how you and the four others have responded, it's more likely that your results will be unique to you. This is the beauty and fascination of the Holistic journey towards and to maintaining well-being.
But back to the original questions What Type of Sessions Would You Recommend? I may make suggestions based on the information you have shared in your Health Intake Form, or on how you have responded to other modalities. But the simple and most direct answer is "I don't know".
I don't know how you will respond to different sessions. I encourage you to explore other modalities and to experience your unique results. That is the best way to create your own individual holistic approach to your well-being.
