The childbearing year is a vulnerable time for a woman as emotional and physical changes are constant. Your Reiki treatment should adjust to meet her where she is. From "safe" positioning for complete relaxation, to providing a nurturing and healing touch as she travels through this holistic transformation of mind, body and soul.

A Reiki practitioner and Reiki Master/Teacher since 1994, Teresa is also a practicing Holistic Therapist. Specializing in holistic health practices for women since 1996, she has completed advanced training in prenatal, postnatal and labour Massage therapy, and Prenatal and Postnatal Craniosacral Therapy.

This in person workshop will take place near downtown Chilliwack (address will be shared to those who are registered, closer to the day).
Light refreshments and water will be available, you will need to provide your own lunch (there are also many places nearby to eat)
You will need to bring:
Time will be spent sitting and learning, being up and moving, providing a session with your new skills and time in quiet meditation, so dressing in layers is recommended.
