Creating Sacred Space
A fascinating journey! Through yin yoga, journaling, meditation and discussion this series encourages you to explore the different paths towards embracing your Sacred self and the Sacred Space within you. The course is self-paced as each will work with new information differently.

- A quiet space
- A yoga mat (or towel or blanket), bolsters (or cushions or pillows), blocks (or cushions or pillows), yoga strap (or belt, housecoat tie, old yoga pants...), a blanket. Yin Yoga is highly adaptable to your comfort level! Blocks, cushions and pillows are used to bring the floor up to your body and support you in each stretch
- A chair if you are not comfortable sitting on the floor
- Journal and things to write or draw with
