My holistic approach to women's wellness takes into account not only the symptoms you may be experiencing, but more importantly the impact they are having upon your whole being, mind, body, and spirit.
Wellness, Happiness, Energy, Self Esteem, etc. are linked through our body, mind and spirit. To be in a state of wholeness, well-being and balance, it is vital that all 3 are considered with any therapy.
Craniosacral Therapy, Massage, Reflexology, Reiki and Ayurvedic Sessions all encourage the body and the mind to relax, re-set and reconnect. It is when we are in a relaxed state that the body's innate self-healing ability kicks in. In that relaxed space the mind and spirit are focused and all three aspects of You move towards balanced well-being. |

Teresa has soothing magical hands! Most recently I went to see her for severe shoulder pain, could not raise my arm above my shoulder. She massaged around the area as touch was too painful, and slowly worked toward the area itself. When I left my shoulder was not nearly as sensitive and movement had improved greatly . Three days later I was back to dry-walling and roof cleaning. Whenever I see Teresa for a Massage she finds those muscles I don't even know are sore and coaxes them into relaxation. After a session I find that my mental well-being as well as my physical well-being has been nourished. My only regret is I don't go often enough. ~ Tammy Eaton
