I completed Reiki Level One 34 years ago my life changed. It was during this class that my Reiki Master encouraged us to take time every day to self-treat. It was really wise advice that I share with students who take my classes. The most important person to share Reiki with is yourself. That is why so much time is spent with this in the first part of Reiki Level 1 classes.
