Healing Can Happen Through Relaxation The comment I hear most often from clients, at the end of a Craniosacral Therapy session or Reiki session, is that they have never before felt so deeply and completely relaxed. There is something in the quiet of those two Holistic therapies that nurtures you, mind, body and soul. To heal through relaxation you will need to do some investigation to discover what allows you to completely and deeply relax. What works will be as different and unique as you are. It could be through Craniosacral Therapy or Reiki, possibly Massage. Some find yoga or meditation to be what works for them. When you find that therapy that allows you to feel safe in completely letting go, the next step is to practise it often. What Happens When You are Deeply Relaxed?
The whole idea of healing through Relaxation puts to rest the outdated myth of the “no pain, no gain” concept of healing, doesn’t it?
