Do you twirl? You know what I mean don’t you? When you spread your arms wide and gently spin your whole body. Feeling the breeze through your finger tips, your body in motion and a sense of freedom. I think that as we age twirling becomes a lost art. An art that benefits your health at all ages including increasing balance, proprioception, joy and relaxation.

As many clients know I have begun a series of classes to upgrade my Craniosacral Skills. That means that sessions are changing as my skills grow through the early months of 2025. What it also means is that you will gain more from your sessions with me. While there will be more changes to sessions in the coming months, at this point here are some of the changes that you may notice during your Craniosacral sessions:
Emotions are a natural and human way of expression. And you are human before you put on any of the other roles you have in this life. Emotions are also an energy that you can suppress or release. Energy naturally needs to move, it is something meant to be in constant motion, especially if it's to be released. When you grip tightly to suppress emotions, or the movement of that emotional energy within your being, the result is a sense/feeling/expression of unease (or dis-ease)

2024 marks 30 years since I began teaching Reiki. I had been in the practice for a few years prior to completing my Reiki Master/Teacher training in late 1993. It has been an amazing journey from two perspectives.
What does it mean to Focus Massage on an area?
Taking 45 to 60 minutes to just focus massage to one area, for example the legs, the arms, or the back As World Environment Day approaches (June 5th) I find myself once again taking stock of where else my business can take steps to reduce it's impact upon the environment. Let's face it, in my line of work I do A LOT of laundry! And the hot water washes, lots of rinsing and the energy of drying are not environmentally friendly. I use to have a clothes line outside and loved the smell of the freshly hung sheets as they were unfolded onto the Massage table. Unfortunately I don't have that clothes line any longer. A Reiki practitioner and teacher, this short clip will introduce you to Reiki, what it is, what to expect during a session and what to expect from classes.
