Immersed in holistic well-being as a practitioner since 1994 (and personally long before that) I understand that your body, mind and spirit have the innate ability to heal, when given time and space to do so.

Life is messy and stressful. We experience a multitude of changes,  trauma and injury from our early years onwards. Becoming disconnected from your balanced state is easy, the challenge is reconnecting with yourself and maintaining your balance. I can help you with that.
A Holistic Health Practitioner since 1994, I am passionate about delivering sessions that are individualized to helping with your current symptoms and moving towards the wellness goals that you have. Whether those symptoms are physical, emotional or mental, each sessions can ease pain, reduce stress and encourage your mind, body and spirit to relax and reconnect, as they work together in moving you towards total wellness.
The majority of my clients through the past 30+ years have been women. That has driven my continuing education choices so that I can best meet the needs of women as they go through the changes that life brings. Women's health is my specialty and the main focus of my practice.

​Advanced training in enhanced Craniosacral Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, Prenatal and Postnatal Massage, Yin Yoga teaching... are just some of the skills that I bring to your sessions. Honouring the different phases of your life journey and the physical, emotional and mental shifts along that path, have all been a part of an ongoing desire to learn and share.
